These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Believe In Us LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Georgia, United States. By using the Yerrme mobile app, the website at yerrme.com, or any related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Yerrme. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the right to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all content you post (shouts, profile info, messages). You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, misleading, or that infringes others' rights. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the community or our services.
We reserve the right to remove any content (including shouts, profiles, or messages) that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful, or is otherwise objectionable. We may do so without prior notice. We are not obligated to host or display any user content.
Business accounts and applications are subject to additional requirements and may be approved or rejected by us. Payment for business subscriptions is processed via Stripe on our website. Refunds and subscription terms are as stated at the time of purchase or in separate business terms we provide.
You keep ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing Yerrme. Our name, logo, and the look and feel of our services are our property.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app or website will be error-free or uninterrupted. User content and third-party services (e.g. map data) are not under our control. You use Yerrme at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Believe In Us LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Georgia, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Yerrme after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
